Biography
 Xavier Poulet-Mathis is a French qualified attorney with a general business law practice and a focus on legal issues related to construction and engineering projects.
He has considerable transactional experience in negotiating secured agreements in the context of international real estate projects. He has also been involved in several infrastructure projects in the CIS, mainly waste treatment and oil and gas projects. Further, Xavier has been involved in numerous construction claims on behalf of contractors.
Xavier is Recommended “as having good contentious and non-contentious capabilities” by PLC Which Lawyer? which in 2009 ranked his law firm as the Leading law firm in construction in Russia. Besides, Xavier has been then recognized by The Legal 500.
